Forecast & MPS

I define a forecast for Item A in May, June and July
but after running MPS, the proposal given canceled a prior manually created production order in April. Why?
Can any expert explain the different action message meaning?
Thanks in advance. Some example is greatly appriciated.

    Dear Koalado,
    I think you should use planning flexibility field in the line or header set to none rather than unlimited in your production order so that your production order could be still exists. But consider this following example:
    1. 010106
    Forecast sales item qty = 400 pcs
    2. 010606
    Sales order qty = 200
    3. Planning worksheet results :
    Netting demand = 200 pcs --> production order # 110 (MPS order)
    Sales order = 200 pcs --> production order #111 (MPS order)

    Dear Johnson:
    Thanks a lot for your reply. It works. :) I checked Navision's help and found that following documents also use the same logic. Now I understand why we have the same problems for some Purchase Orders. ](*,)
    * Prod. Order Line
    * Purchase Line
    * Requisition Line
    * Reservation Entry
    Regards

    You are welcome. I also have added some fields on forecasting windows and it successfully could be calculated in planning worksheet. You can send me PM to know more and need it.
