Just a simple question: Where is NAS storing its settings (company,nettype,startupparameter)?

It is not recommended to edit those properties directly in the registry. When you install NAS, it also installs a MMC snap-in for setting them up. You should see a selection called "Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision Application Manager". If you don't see that, you can just go to Run and type in MMC and add the NAS snap-in to the console.
