Hotcopy logging in locally?

Below is the result of using HotCopy. The navision service crashed when hotcopy started. This time a user was logged in.
Yesterday, no users were logged in and all was ok.

Starting HotCopy to D:\DATA\NAVISION\BACKUP\

The server is not responding anymore (TCP/IP error ECONNRESET).
Try the following steps in the order specified to resolve the problem:

1) Start the client again.
2) Start the server and then the client again.
3) Check the TCP/IP installation.

I have 2 Navision services running, a live database and test database. On sunday when hotcopy was running I couldn't login and got the same error but now from the client (TCP/IP error ECONNRESET).

It looks like the hotcopy.exe is opening the database locally. I've have the same config with other customers running fine. Anyone? below is my hotcopy.txt
