The Breakpoints already exists

Getting this error when trying to send information to Navision through MS Message queueing. I have to restart the Navision Application Server service when this happens and then it works fine for several days. It is giving me the ID of a CU on my system but, there are no breakpoints set in the CU. Any ideas?
