I am looking up for some points in doing the Post Implementation Review for a retail firm. The scenario with HQ & shops connected with Citrix metaframe & a distributed network.
Can anyone please provide some reference PIR document as to what areas must conver in this process?
Any guidelines what i must cover in the PIR will always welcome.

What I've seen, from most projects is that clients don't test, and that's where the problems start.

The usual strategy is:
1. Data Collection
2. Questionnaires
3. Feedback
Based on the data collected & questions asked, we come up with review results that includes certain points of concern.
This will be based on all modules viz., Infostore POS|BackOffice|Till Management|Replication|Inventory etc. We collect data on each module.
It would be nice if you could share some ideas on data to be collected or some specific tests we must perform to arrive at certain results.
