Does Anyone heard of that from Microsoft?
If so where can I find this table no. 8614 which I can't find neither in Navision 4.0 or the sp1?

RIM is a methodology from Microsoft to support the implementation of Navision.
The table you mentioned is part of the RIM setup package.
You can get it on PartnerSource.
