I have 100 users and use approximately 10 permissions for everything
the synchronization is very slow (10 min)
Some going...

If you use

, you will find there are a lot of posts about slow synchronization.

In 4.00SP1 you can synchronize 1 login at a time. Synchronizing all logins will take as long as SP0... .
