Questions about Navision 4.0 Relationship Management Exam

Hi,

I need help for some questions in Relationship Management Exam.

There was a question like: "Why do you use Interaction Templates?"

The answers I remember were "process interaction" and "create interaction". I selected the second, but I am not sure...

There was also another question like that: "Before a sales quote created what must be defined?" I selected "customer template".

My last question is: "If you remove a to-do in Outlook and then try to access it from Navision what must you do? I selected the answer something like "synchronization must need to set up again"

I read the relevant MOC but I could not find certain answers. So I ask for your comments about this questions.

Q1: Create Interaction
Q2: I am not completely sure but the best answer seems to be customer template.

Q3: Navison shows a message for synchronization (so my answer is false)
