The database is corrupted

When I am testing the database, an error message is posted by
announcing that the base is corrupted and the solution is to
make a saveguarde.
I made a sauvgarde but the same message is posted again
Can anyone help me?

bye savegaurd you mean a backup? If yes. THen you need to create a new db and restore the backup, and use the new db.
