commerce gateway setup

i have succefully installed biztalk 2004 server on my xp system.
and i intalled commerce gateway as the brochure says but when i go and chek the service i found it disabled and when i try to enable it
it show me an error message it is in french i ll try to translate it :
"impossible to run commerce gateway service on a local computer error code 1609 : the filure of openning the system dont let the service to run"
pls send me your help as soon as you can i am really in hurry .
