bus. analytics: cannot login to ANT server

Hi,
This problem occurred a couple of times now:
when the processing of cubes failes (in the configurator), I cannot login to the ANT server anymore. The services (ANT server and deamon, and MS OLAP) are running, and were stopped and restarted, but loging on to the console for setting user groups etc, gives a 'wrong user id/password'. The users were setup with normal users (not windows authentication).
Anyone an idea. I can re-install the server, but the I'm losing the setups done and it's already the 3rd time now (:-

if the olap-database/cubes is not valid, BA can't connected with this database/cubes. You must rebuild/process the OLAP-database/cube. To do this use the annalysis-manager.
