Filter Problem

Hi All,

I had meet some problem during running report with filter.

Normally before we running report will do filtering before click print or preview button. But when I try at my pc, this report will print out accurately based on the filter I set. But when I send this object to the customer, they print out the report without filtering, mean print out all the record, wat happen is it?

I try the data we backup from customer site, the report is print out accurate also, but when run at customer site that is not filtering. Even I try same filter field and record as customer, the problem still remain.

Only this customise report got problem, anyone can give me some advise?

u can try it out. save as ur report on new id and then give this(new id's fob) to client. hope for the best that it may work.
