Run NAS-SQL for Navision 3.60 and receive error: EventID 109

I install Navsion Application Server and try Run NAS-SQL for Navision 3.60
When I try do it, receive the error (in Event Viewer ->Applicatiom): EventID 109, Source NAS-SQL. Description "Time incorrect" (RUS = "ðåìÿ íå êîððåêòíî").
And NAS-server is "freeze" (not stop) for any action.
Are you know what do in this case?

The default nettype for NAS is TCPS, but that doesn't work. You need to either set the nettype in the registry, or by using command line parameters. Read the installation manual for instructions, the parameters are explaind more clearly than I can do it .
