Hi, reading the forum about the the upgrade in the future, I have a question. When we use the system, we find the customer name field of the Customer Table is not enough to hold more than 30 characters, so we increase it to 80 and change them in the related tables. We have Navion 4.0, but I have a thought that If we upgrade our system later on, will it bring any problems or do have to do anything now to prevent any problems? Thanks in advance!

Just the tables?
What about everywhere else?
You have customer names that require 80 Characters?

That must have been a project.

Well you can go through you customers and fidn the ones that have more than 30 characters, split them into Name 2 and Name and reverse theh fields back to 30. You will lose 20 characters.
