Has anybody done a post implementation review kind of a thing in navision? It would be nice if somebody can send any documentation out of his own experience in doing the PIR. Id niteshrs01@rediffmail.com

we have not done a PIR sort of thing with any projects but I would advice you to go through the Navision Tools CD. There are documents on Perfomance trouble shooting, GUI testing and more.
Also on post implementation go through the whole single financial process of the client and check with the accountant if all figures are correct.
Second check the transfer of data between 2 servers if there are more than one DB. This check should be done on all tables. Continuing this test , if data is transferring ok to the final table OK. Check this also with the accountant once its in the final table.
Thats it! Leave rest to the client.
