Version 3.6 W-2 report does not exist

I have a 3.6 client who started Payroll (US) this year. He would like to check the calculations by running the W-2's. That report does not seem to exist. I checked with VisionPay, and they have been unable to help. I downloaded the db.exe from the mbs site, and the object does not exist there either. I have tried bringing the object forward from version 3.10 and also back porting from version 3.7, neither of which was successful. Luckily we still have 9 months or so until it becomes mission critical, but we need to get an answer for the client soon. Has anyone else run into this? And if so, what was your solution?

It turns out that you have to implement Improvement 014 to get this to work. If you have a payroll already up and running and by some sort of bad luck have already modified some objects, this is going to take you forever to get to work.
