Navision 4.0 SP1 on SQL nd BA headache

I have Navision running on SQL 2K. Just have installed BA. When I run the BAConfigurator, the configurator crashes with an error message regarding converting variant type(Dispatch) to OLESTR. Apparently this is due to empty tables??? I remove the table, and the problem goes away. But when the DTS packages are executed the configurator comes up with an DTS EXECUTE error during the CUBE update. I check the DTS package and it looks like the SQL statement which is supposed to INSERT data into a table has been incorrectly generated meaning SQL server will not process this DTS step. Has anyone come accross this type of problem??? Any solutions??? and more importantly are there any documents WRT BA installation in this type of environment.
