Captions disappearing from Web part !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I have installed Navision 4.0 SP1 Employee Portal and it is working fine.
I have install UK version in my system and using UK as a language (2057).
Now problem is that my button caption and tab caption is not displaying on web part!
I have checked that their are captions available for each and everything in UK language (2057 not 1033). But I am not able to select it while creating tabs and buttons as I am not getting that list over there.
I have to create new caption for it and that also in US (1033) language!
And even after creating it in 1033 web part is not displaying any caption in runtime!
In my system Regional Setting is set to UK and same in Sharepoint.
What is wrong with my web part's caption ?

Have you installed Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 Language Template Pack ?
