Navision 2.0 on SBS2003

We are planning to install our exisiting Navision on a new SBS2003 Server.
Does anyone have some expirience with this issue?
SQL Server is not needed because we are running the native DB version.

be wary as our install guys tell me that on SBS2003 only compatible version is 3.70 !!
