Multiple Nav Clients

Hi

I would like to have multiple Navision clients on my laptop for support reasons.

I would like to have one client for Nav 4.0 and another for Nav 4.0SP1.


I am sure i can do this, but not sure how. I cannot see any topics regarding to this on this forum.

Do anyone have any URL's or details on how to do this?

in this case, you can install 4.00 W/O SP1, copy the folder to another folder, uninstall 4.00, install 4.00 SP1.

You will have both version.

Or:
1) Install 4.00SP1
2) Take install cd for 4.00 w/o SP1, copy the folder F:\Client\program files\Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision\Client\ to have 4.00 w/o SP1.
3) Create icons for the fin.exe and finsql.exe from both folders

Generally: If you need more clients, you need only to have the latest version installed and older one you can only copy from the install cd
