Access problem!!!

I have the problem with access to the FA card and
Inventory card after creating the datebase in SQL. I have license with basic inventory and Fixed assets, this license alow me to run FA card and item card, and it's work on local version but when I transfer this base to SQL (using backup and restore) the system give me access error.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
