Have a client how has to select the Outlook profile each time they select the function New Mail Message from the Contact Card. How can we prevent this?
Have you tried to log in the Citrix server first by a normal desktop connection with users credentials and tried to open Outlook?
Our Citrix environment is quite small (20 users) and I have logged on into the server by a normal desktop connection (Citrix or Windows) with each users credentials, opened Outlook and selected the right profile. Next time the user tries to create an email from Navision, there wont be a problem...
Of course, if your environment is 100 users, the above mentioned is quite painful operation ;-)...
Probably there is a better way to handle this, but in our case this was the best/fastest solution.
