Navision crashes during login

Hi all,

I'm facing this problem when I login to Navision. As usual, Navision asks for my username and passoword; after I key them in, Navision shows me the License Use Warning msg.
When I click on the 'Accept' button, I get the error msg that the fin.exe has caused an error and whether I would like to send a error-report to Microsoft.

This problem is limited to a single pc only, not all pcs. This pc was running fine previously until the day this error msg showed up. Pc is running on Windows Xp Home.

I found one problem regarding this> full event log. Check zour event log on this PC if it is not full. If yes, clear it. Exact error, why the Navision is crashing you can find if you have Visual studio installed on this PC and you click "Debug" on the error dialog. But I know, that it is hard to install VS on customer PC...

Hi guys,

Sorry for not replying. The problem has been solved already. All I did was get the customer to reinstall their Navision and voila, the problem disappeared.
