hi,
am new to navision and have been assigned aproject on commerce portal.i have installed the various components that r required with it.Now could some one tell me a few things:
1.)firstly,when i start the server(in the database folder),i says that the server could not be contacted as its being used as a service.plz restart the client using network.(i have both the server and the client installed on the same computer).what's the solution?
2.)secondly,whats the method to determine which server (and also the database)is to be used whil opening the client,(the daatabase one or the application one?),
3.) also, when we create a new database, how do we view the information stored in it?
kindly find time to ans the posts,
thanks
