We have Navision Attain running on Citrix Metaframe on Win2K.
First user always logges on succesfully. Each next user gets a message "File fin.hmt already exists". Also, each time Navision is opened, help indexing is run.We've checked time settings on the client machines and server - the same.

Before Citrix XP all using the datezonesettings on the Citrix server. From XP it is default that the citrix server asks the client what datezone to use. And this can give problems. With Windows 95 and CE clients I have seen a lot of problems with this error.
Solution is to change the default value in Citrix XP to use the datezone from the server again.
