Dear experts
I've a problem.
I've created a Production BOM,Routing for an item.
After creating a sales and a firm planned order for that item.. when I open the PRODUCTION Schedule from the manufacturing module i get thi error:
"production line of a production order is refering to non existent next/previous operation"
How do i set this right.
I've chnged the status of the firm planed order from realed to finished.
I'm unable to view the scedule of the new orders that I bring in.
Please help me....

You have to check the Routing of your items.
On the lines are the fields "Operation No.", "Previous Operation No.", "Next Operation No." (some of them can be hidden).
In one of these fields you refer to an operation no. that doesn't exist.
Or if you manually change the routing on the production order, you have the problem there (but I don't think this is the case).Regards,Alain Krikilion

Hi kriki
Wanted to know how do I set it right??
plus where can i find "Previous Operation No.", "Next Operation No."???
Now I'm unable to open the production schedule for the routing tht were right and were working before this.
Can i cancel or delete the order that has problem????

"Previous Operation No.", "Next Operation No." are on the routing lines but are invisible, you have to make them visible (Show column on the routing lines in the routing).
First you have to fix the routings, then you can refresh your production orders. This should fix them.Regards,Alain Krikilion
