From where I can get teh EXE for Navision 4.0 SP1

Hello ,
Can anybody tell me that from where I can get the executable file for Navision 4.0 SP1. I have CD for Navision 4.0 but not for 4.0 SP!.
So how can I install Navision 4.0 with SP1.

Also tell me that after instalaation how can i get my custom changes in 4.1

The 4.00 SP1 you can receive from your solution centre or from the Microsoft partner-site.
