filtering with profiles

We have created a profile in marketing for contacts of type person. This profile has several questions indicating special intrests of that person. For instance we have a InterestA and InterestB.

How can I filter contacts for a segment that have InterestA AND InterestB or contacts that have InterestA AND NOT InterestB?

I was not aware of using logical operators for this task.

You have to do it in two steps.
First add those with InterestA and then Refine with those having InterestB. (In case you want the segment to include those having both interests)

If you use Reduce in the second step you end up with the contacts having InterestA and not InterestB.
