System ERROR in EP

great day all,


I have configured employee portal sucessfully. I have just created a list and card web part. but while i am try to run that web part, i am getting an error as shown below

"System Error (999): Request Type CUSTOMERLIST did not exist."

can u help how to solve this

this is very very urgent......help me

    Sounds like you have not updated the captions on the EP configurations.

    hi

    Thax for the reply, but i am sure i gave the caption of EP configuration properly.

    I think the error is from the system, but i am not sure.

    1) Check, if the CUSTOMERLIST is in some group (for example SALES group in Cronus)
    2) If not, add it there.

    It seems, that the configuration (data) in the database are modified...

    1) be sure that the NAS is working with same DB as you... :-)
    2) try to remove the request form the group card and re-insert it
    3) Another requests are working?
    4) Is the user in the group?
