Yes, if you install two different NAS, listening on the same queues and when always only ONE NAS is running!
If you want to run both, you have to create a different SharePoint site (virtual server, not only a subsite) and two message queue pairs(one for each backend system).
With Navision you make a choice, either Native or SQL option. For demo purposes you could possibly install both just to show that they can both work, but that is not a realistic scenario for a 'real' installation. I would also imagine that you can only run one of them at the same time if you link to the same Sharepoint. So turn off the SQL NAS when you demo the native one, and vice versa.
