Hi all,
I'm installing navision 4.0 SP1 for my client and found out that a few of the client computer could not access the server.
The details are :-
Server: Microsoft Navision 4.0 SP1 on windows server 2003 enterprise
Client: Microsoft Xp with Microsoft Navision installed with minimal option.
Authentication: Windows Login with active directory. All users are created and most of them are able to login from the client except a few of them
Description of error: I am able to lookup the list of servers but unable to connect to the database.
I.E i am able to see TEST server when lookup for server name but when i lookup on the database field at then it gives me an error "TEST server cannot be found"
Testing of network: i am able to ping from my client computer to the server.

I would like to know how to fix this problem permanently so that the user can lookup the server name instead of keying in the ip address.
