Navision >=3.7, export of multiple objects?

Does annybody know of a way to select multiple objects sothat they are saved individually as fob or txt, and the file name filled wit example the object id ,object name version list and date or whatever other field you want.

I ask this after having to export 104 objects manually one at a time. It was not fun.
