Problem with open Word-Application over Terminalserver

Hi!
We are working with Navision 3.60 over Terminalserver (Win2003), of which we have 2 servers for the same DB. On both, Office 2000 is installed.
The terminal services are so configured (in the group policy), that, when a user log in, automatically Navision-Client was opened. The user can’t see the Windows-Desktop.
Now the description of my problem: If someone open MS-Word-Documents over the module "Relationship Management" (using Codeunit 5054), the Word-Application started, but place it in BACKGROUND. So the user can neither activate the word-application nor activate the navision-application…
That’s an odd thing, because this problem don’t exist on our second Terminalserver.
Does anybody have experiences?

Thanks, but it's impossible to minimize navision.
