Winspool Erro Problem when printing in navision 4.0 SP1

When printing in Navision 40SP1 the customer get error that tells it is not possible to print to <ip-address> winspool IP_<ip-address>.
Anyone who know why this error occur?
This is happening when posting an sales order with printing. But printing from Posted Invoices is working.
