Generic text printing on Citrix

I am using NAV 3.70.

I am trying print cheques on a dot matrix printer using Generic Text driver over Citrix, but somehow Citrix seems to ignore the Printer commands mentioned in the tab for Generic Text driver and prints in 10 cpi mode even though some data is to be printed in 12cpi or 17cpi.

When I print the same thing locally or over the Local Area Network, it prints perfectly.

Can anybody reveal why Citrix Version 3.0 behaves this way ???

    Try to install the printer on the citrix-server. In this way it becomes printing over LAN.
