Having made some test with Attain.
When we want to create an interaction on a contact. Type is email.
When finishing it, always get an error stating that there is no email address. Running office XP.
Anyone a suggestion, and yes email adres is filled in on the contact.

Which version of Attain is used? (Both version number and Language)
Is there any Alt. Address Code on the segment line without an e-mail?
Are you using Multi Language?
What do you have in the RMSetup."Mergefield Language ID"?
Is the error from Attain or from Word? If it's from Attain, please use the debugger to see exectly where it appears and let me know.

We used the dutch version and there was an error in text015 of codeunit Wordmanagement.
There was stated "e-mailadres" and he had a problem with the "-". When changing the dutch translation to mailfaxfrom everything worked fine ! <img border="0" title="" alt="" src="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif" />
