Cannot send email When creating new user

Hi experts,
I have setup my smtp server on the email parameters and when I try to create a new user an error occurs saying that "No message was sent. Language was not found". The user have been created but no emial was sent to the email addres that I have set up.

Hi Mike,
I don't have Axaptaopen infront of me but the error sugests that you are missing language setup for the individual user.
Try to find it out on the user form.
email takes language as parameter.
