I tried to use the RESET command but don't work as I intend.

You can use SETRANGE(Field) without value to remove the filter on one field only.
What is the exact purpose of this code?

I want to remove all filters that are set in this form before open it.
And I want remove all filters of all fields in this form.

What about setting the property SaveTableView to false?
Does that does the thing you want?
