Problem of using same FA Card

Dear All



Can i use the same fixed assets card for multiple FA purchase instesd
of creating the new FA card for purchasing the same item. and can
we keep the information for no of qty. of FA purchase items in the
system.

Problem is that suppose a company purchase 100 chairs and create a
FA card for that purchase. After one year the company purchase 200
more chairs (Same Type) and want to use the existing FA card for
these chairs and qty. should be updated form 100 to 300. Is that
possible. pl. help me as soon as possible. Pl. let me know in navision
where we know the FA purchase qty. information.Welcome all
