Business Notification implement to more than 2 databases ??

Hi all,

I have installed the Business Notification Server (which is installed in the Database Server). The case is that, I need to implement the BN to two different companies, they were installed in two Navision Databases in the same Database Server. However, when I installed the BN Server, it asked me to enter a Navision Database name, I wonder whether I can implement to two databases at the same time.

You cannot install it the way you want,and l would like to think that you CANT install one BSnotification server for two databases, When you install BSNotification server, you point to a database, and that databse's Property Store table hold information to the BSNotification. I have faced such a situation, and l would suggest that you have n BSNotification clients for n databases. :roll:

BS is using Application server, it means that can be connected to one database. If you want to use more DB, you need more instances of this server...

What means "more instances of this server..." ??

It means, that you will need to copy whole BN folder and reconfigure it to use anogther ports and another DB etc... you need to have 2 running NAS and all around to be proper configured...

I never tried it. And it seems that it is not trivial...
