Navision upgrade license problem (3.7 - 4.0)

Hi!
I upgrade a 3.7 database to version 4.0. During the upgrade process, i have a problem, when i have to import the new customized objects. The error message is: "Your program license does not permit you to create the 'Company Information' Form. Can somebody help to solve this problem? I have developer license.

However, just import them in FOB.
Do It Yourself is they key. Standard code might work - your code surely works.
