Is anyone able to tell me if there is a report that is able to show stock turnover for consumption or someway of recording it ?
I am sure there must be something that can show this !!!

Why don't you just make a report on Item Ledger Entries, with Entry Type = Consumption, and group it by Item No. or whatever?
Do It Yourself is they key. Standard code might work - your code surely works.

I don't believe there's a report in vanilla Navision that just shows just item consumption. However, one can be created pretty easily.
