Windows Server frozen

Hallo,
I haven an problem with my Windows Server (2000 with SP4). In the last time, suddenly this server does not react anymore. The pointer of the mouse can be moved, but the task manager can´t be open. Only way is to reset the server. After the server is started again, the only in the eventlog is, that the server unexpectedly was restarted from the user.

Does anybody know an problem with navision (installed on this server since 3 Month) that cause such an problem?
