Error trying to open a interaction template (word)

Hi! We are running Navison 3.7A on a sql-server.

One of the users (win xp and office 2003) get an error when trying to open
a word template.

the error is : "The length of the text string exceeds the size of the string buffer"

On all other computers it works fine.


Anyone ever seen this before???


The debugger stops in Codeunit 5052 AttachmentManagement ,in the
UseComServer function.

I am not able to see what the error could be. I mistake that some automation objects or dll's are missing on the computer, but do not know where to start looking.

May be it's something with mail merging the USERID ... did you try to use the debugger?

We have exactly the same error for one of our users, did you solve the problem?
