Error during merge using DevTool 2.00 sp02

When merging a new customer version i get the following error:
De toolkid stops and the only way to leave the program is by terminate it using the taskmanager.
When i start de toolkit and the merge again i get the same error but every time at a differend point (first time Table 11006611, second time Table 11401 and the third time Table 11006641) so it looks like it's not a data problem.
I hope someone can help me...

Access violation at address 007E5DD0 in module 'DevTool.exe'. Read of address 03911C000.
