Hi Expert, I have a question. I create several fields in a form which are in the same table. If Idon't use the trigger in the form, how can I retrieve the data for the rest of the fields if I just enter data in one field. For example, I just enter Student ID and press enter and the Student Name, Address and related information are automatically displayed in each field. Thanks in advance

Navision doesn't work that way by default, although you could probably program it that way. You can do a lookup (standard = F5, browse to the record you want and hit enter or click OK), and that loads the record into the form.
