Internal Error 2 in Module 10

We are using SQL Database, now When ever I am trying to login in Navision I am getting the following error:
"Internal Error 2 in Module 10"
But if I change my windows login & then trying to login in Navision then I can Login in Navision.
So please suggest me that should I rename the ZUP file? or any other solution????
Note: I reinstalled the Navision but though the same error persists.
