Citrix. Hyperlink to external web-site

Hi folks,
Our client is running NAV in Citrix environment.
To open the NAV client, you first need to login to Citrix XenApp and then select an appropriate shortcut to your NAV. Just as shown on the picture below:
The problem we experience is that there is a hyperlink in NAV form that cannot be opened, as instead of opening the link in user's local browser (e.g. IE 11) it opens the link in the browser installed at Citrix server (if you can say that) which is IE 8. And moreover security settings for that IE 8 browser are set to be very high and not configurable - for example, I cannot add our site to trusted sites, which might solve the issue.
So, the question is if there is a way to open the hyperlink in user's local browser and not in the one installed at Citrix server?

I am sorry but that's not possible.
So, the only solution would be to adjust browser (IE 8 ) settings at that Citrix server?
