How can I prevent error in accessing SQL database table field null values?
have read some of the tips like :
- Determining the field trough code like ISDATE, ISTEXT etc in ADO.
please give any other way. Thanks.

It's been a while... there's a variant datatype property 'reallength' or something like that. If you search mibuso on 'null' and 'ADO' you should find many posts that will help you.0

If you set default values on in your Navision alter database settings, it helps to prevent null values caused by SQL insert statements - any field not included will be seet to the Navision defined default value which is never null except for BLOB fieldsDavid Machanick
