Automate 5 Task Builder

I need Build a Task with the program "Automate 5 Task Builder". This Task register invoices, in Navision, in differents companys in my database SQL. I need to Know when the process (register invoices) has finish in a company for change company and run the next process (register invoices).

    In automate 5, you have an action which is "waiting for a windows", perhaps you can use it by making a windows appears when all invoices are registred.

    Well, but I don´t Know to identify this Windows in Navision. How I do?

    to identify a windows, i do like that :

    hand execute the process you want to automize.
    When the Windows you are waiting for is open, launch the task administrator, create a task and select the "waiting for a windows". a form appear where t is asked the name of the windows, click on the dropDown and you will see the name of all the windows present on the screen.
